Claude ece97689d2 Point Flatpak repo metadata at the HamRadioOnline organisation ...

The repository moved from praktimarc/kst4contest to
HamRadioOnline/kst4contest, so the published .flatpakrepo and
.flatpakref files now carry the new GitHub Pages URL and homepage.
The OSTree summary and its GPG signature are untouched; existing
remotes keep working through the Pages redirect.
